Matt Doherty5 StarCardinal was great. Called them for a second opinion after the first company told us we needed a new furnace. The tech from Cardinal, Jordan, was very professional and thorough. His diagnosis was that our furnace needed a little TLC. Did not identify any major issues. Told us about their bi-annual service program and how they could help us extend the life of our HVAC system. Extremely friendly, very clean work, and even took the old unit at no extra cost. They went above and beyond in every way, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Research Unlimited1 StarThey do seem friendly and professional at first but the price is quite high and the younger staff is very cocky. It looks like there's a couple older guys but then all the sudden the little kid appears on the construction site. Are these younger employees even 18? I would look for a better price and a more professional outfit. Lots of positive reviews on here from friends and family people in their religion.
