I called Hearthstone recently when our furnace stopped working this winter. They sent a technician over and within a couple hours he was able to get the furnace up and running again and the house warmed up. Guys were nice, quick and fair on pricing. I used them a year or two ago to replace our old A/C unit with a new one and that's been working fine too. Highly recommend.

High integrity and honesty is so hard to find nowadays, so I was extremely happy with the Hearthstone technician who stopped by to repair my furnace today on Valentine's Day. At first I thought I would spend $$$$ for the repair, but he found that it was just a crack in the blade so he replaced it and the charge was much lower. I truly appreciated his honesty. Hearthstone Heating & AC has been maintaining my furnace and ac for about 18 years. Because of their high integrity and highly experienced technicians I'll continue to work with them.

2am Christmas Eve 2024 our furnace stopped working. Hearthstone (Peter) came out first thing and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately all parts stores were closed and the local Trane distributor would not return calls. The day after Christmas Peter acquired the part installed it and we were back in business. Great attitude and attention to customer comfort. Today (2/4) we received a check from Hearthstone. They submitted the part for warranty and Trane made good on the warranty provision. Hearthstone is now our contact for all of our HVAC needs.

Peter is always so diligent and respectful of my home. He is extremely thorough and always makes sure everything is perfect before he leaves. Hearthstone has been an amazing local heating and cooling company for me for almost 20 years.
