We used Season Comfort Corp to fix an issue with our AC. The serviceman was professional, courteous and communicated what the issue was. The reason for the one star review is their shady policy of charging from the time of their last appointment instead of the start of our appointment. This resulted in the bill being two times what was expected. They did not tell us about this policy when we scheduled our appointment, so I can’t help but think it was intentionally omitted to get us to agree on a service call. It’s unfortunate because they provide good service, but future potential customers should be aware of this underhanded practice.

season comfort sold and installed my unit at 10/2019，with 5 years warrenty on compressor. I filed a case on Tuesday about the noise in compressor and not coolling，and was told specilist would contact me and stopped by in 24-48 hours. no one even showed up or contacted me. I started to use emergency contact on Wednesday night since the house was glowing hot，and was told someone would stopby and took a look. Guess what， no one showed up eversince， and whenever following up with them，they replied in the same format， just keeping on hold and postpone the request. I was finally redirected to the 24-hour on call team on Friday，who told me they would not make it after 10am saturday， and then told me no one could able to make it until Monday. I think I was really stupid to buy the unit from season comfort 5 years ago.

I setup and annual maintenance appointment for a Saturday (FYI weekends are premium time and cost extra I knew this going into it and specifically requested it) Tech was exactly on time and completed the work quickly. Tech double checked a gas leak issue that was brought up by a home inspector and was able to identify the location and fix it in minutes. Quick competent service well executed, overall a fantastic job.

What a phenomenal team! Roy and Mossimo were simply wonderful, having removed the old AC and furnace and installed new ones in my apartment. Personable, knowledgeable and reliable, we were in great hands. Our dog Zane was so sad to see his two new friends leave! Thank you!!
