These guys are great - Chris was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and got me scheduled right away. Prices are fair and they fixed the issue with my device and communicated the entire way through. 10/10 would recommend

This company was recommended to me (overly expensive, but good), so I reached out to them. They indicated that I needed to send an email to initiate a person to come out to my home, although I was speaking live to them on the phone?!? Anyway, I sent 4 emails (2 on Monday and 2 on Tuesday) no response. Mind you that I shared with the owner, Gino that it was an urgent request. After not hearing back all day on Monday, I called Gino back Monday late afternoon, he said he did not receive the email. I called back on Tuesday morning after sending 2 more emails with no response. Gino said they were having e-mail issues and therefore didn’t receive my emails. He went on to say that they cannot send out a technician without receiving an email, although I was on the phone with him, confirming I needed the service, etc?!? He went on to say that he would not be able to service my issue?!?! Upon hearing this I was quite perplexed so I asked Gino if my understanding was correct… that although his system was down, to no fault of my own, that he would not send a technician out to look at my issue, he said correct in the most unprofessional way possible. Gone are the days of good customer service and people who value good relationships with their customers. The most frustrating part is that I told Gino that the timing was important so my daughter had heat while she was in town, clearly that meant nothing to him and now after 36 hours I am back at square one. It would have been nice if Gino would have said upfront that he had no intentions of servicing my home versus wasting 36 hours of my time.
